The fourth nakshatra, spanning 10°–23°20' Vrishabha. Ruled by the Moon (Chandra) and presided over by Brahma, the creator. Symbolized by a chariot or oxcart. Rohini is considered the most fertile and beloved nakshatra, associated with beauty and growth.
