Why are my Panchang values empty?

Ensure location access is granted in your browser, or use the location search to manually set your city.

Which ayanamsa is used by default?

Lahiri ayanamsa — the most widely accepted in India. You can switch to Raman, KP, or Yukteshwar in the Kundali calculator.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Email support@predintel.zohodesk.in with your registered email. We'll cancel immediately and access continues until your period ends.

How do I request a refund?

Email support@predintel.zohodesk.in within 7 days of your first charge with your Razorpay payment ID. See our Refund Policy for full eligibility criteria.

Is my birth data safe?

Yes. Birth data is stored with AES-256 encryption in Supabase with row-level security — only you can access your own charts. We never sell your data.
